Free shipping and insurance
Shipping and insurance to the USA, Canada and the European Union is free on selected items, where indicated.
Shipment is normally by air on small items, and by surface transportation on
heavier/larger items.
The method of shipping will be determined by us, but can be upgraded by the
customer for an additional charge where logistically possible.
For customers outside the USA, Canada and the European Union normal shipping
and insurance charges apply.
